Delete your account

You can delete your Kinoki: Guardians of the Rift account and all its data whenever you want. Deleting cannot be undone.
From the game (fastest)
- Open Kinoki and go to your Profile.
- In Guardian account, tap Delete account.
- Tap again to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
If you can't open the game
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" and include:
- Your Guardian's name.
- How you sign in (Google or Apple).
- If you made a purchase, its order number (it's on the store receipt); it helps us find your account.
We may ask for details to make sure the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your Guardian and its name.
- All your Kinoki, your team and your Shelter.
- Your progress: food, Rift Crystals, missions, milestones and battle history.
- Your purchase records on our servers. Crystals and items you bought are lost and cannot be refunded.
- The link to your Google or Apple sign in.
What is kept
Nothing linked to your account remains on our servers. Usage statistics and error reports are not linked to your account and are deleted within 14 months. The app store keeps its own records of your purchases, as required by law.
